Houston, TX (August 30, 2024) – A fatal pedestrian accident reported late Tuesday evening in Houston claimed one person’s life. On August 27, emergency officials were notified that they were needed at the scene of a crash on Highway 59.
Reports show that a pedestrian was struck by a minivan on the northbound side of the highway Feeder Road near Little York Road. The pedestrian was fatally injured as a result of the accident and immediately pronounced deceased by authorities. At this time, the circumstances surrounding the accident are being investigated.
