Houston, TX (June 10, 2024) – One person was transported to an area hospital for the treatment of injuries following a car crash that occurred in the Houston area. The collision took place at around 2:15 p.m. on June 9.
According to reports from local news sources, a vehicle was traveling in the 7900 block of Bellaire Boulevard near Fondren Road during the afternoon hours. For unknown reasons, the vehicle went off the roadway and crashed into a METRO bus shelter. One person was under the shelter at the time of the accident. The victim was injured. EMS transported the victim to Ben Taub Hospital for emergency treatment. At this time, the incident is being investigated.
