Houston, TX (May 20, 2024) – One person has died as a result of a motor vehicle accident that occurred in the Houston area on Saturday afternoon, May 18.
At around 12:50 p.m., a motorcyclist was traveling on Beltway 8, the Sam Houston Tollway. As the vehicle proceeded down the eastbound side of the roadway, he became involved in a collision with three other motor vehicles. The specific circumstances surrounding the accident are unknown. However, one person involved in the accident was fatally injured in the crash. One additional victim was injured in the accident and transported to an area hospital for emergency care. At this time, the incident is being investigated.
