Houston, TX (April 29, 2024) – On Sunday, April 28, officers with the Houston Police Department responded to the scene of a crash that occurred in the Acres Homes neighborhood and ended in injuries. Calls for help came in at around 10:50 a.m.
According to law enforcement reports, a motor vehicle accident occurred on West Little York Road near Wheatley Street. Authorities arrived at the scene and immediately shut down the intersection to provide help. Emergency medical services were requested on-site to render aid to injured victims. At least one of the people involved in the crash required further care and was transported by EMS to a local hospital. The Houston Police Department is investigating the incident.
