Corpus Christi, TX (April 6, 2024) – The Corpus Christi Police Department was called to the scene of an accident that occurred on Friday evening and ended in injuries. Calls for help came in at around 5:15 p.m. on April 5.
Authorities report that a silver 2020 Chevrolet was traveling on Texas State Highway 286 when the driver made an unsafe lane change. The vehicle collided with a white 2010 Chevrolet and one additional vehicle. Two people were injured in the accident. The victims, a 68-year-old female and an 84-year-old male, were both transported to area hospitals for medical care and evaluation. At this time, the incident is being investigated.
