Pedestrian Accidents in Texas

Traveling as a pedestrian is far from safe in Texas. Unfortunately, the state’s cities are not designed for people to travel on foot, and if you walk to get around, you will almost always share the road with large motor vehicle. Pedestrians are at risk of suffering life-changing injuries when they are hit by a driver. Texas has experienced a rapid uptick in pedestrian fatalities in recent years. Statistics show that nearly one in five traffic deaths in the state involves a pedestrian. You may find it difficult to deal with your injuries while also pursuing a personal injury claim after a serious crash.

You do not want to become overwhelmed after your accident. Unfortunately, many crash victims try to handle their claims alone, and this leaves them exposed as they fight for recovery. You should partner with a qualified Laredo personal injury lawyer in order to get the best possible outcome for your case. Call the offices the Edwards Law Firm today at 361-217-6679
