Russell T. Jackson


Russell T. Jackson focuses on personal injury cases involving automobile collisions, motorcycle accidents, trucking accidents, products liability, workplace injuries and premises liability. Russell joined the Edwards Law Firm in 2014. In his legal career, Russell has tried many cases, handling them all the way through trial until a verdict was declared.

Impressively, he has also written four winning appellate briefs and presented oral arguments before the Texas 13th Court of Appeals. These accomplishments show his ability  to skillfully represent his clients and his clear understanding of the law.

Russell is originally from Albuquerque, New Mexico. He received his Bachelor of Arts in English and Philosophy from New Mexico State University in 2004. He went on to receive his Juris Doctorate from St. Mary’s University School of Law School in San Antonio, Texas in May of 2009. While in law school, he was a member of the St. Mary’s External Advocacy Program and competed in mock trial tournaments throughout the United States.

In recognition of his accomplishments as a student advocate, he was inducted into the Order of the Barristers, a national honorary organization for graduating law students who excelled in written and oral advocacy. Russell continues to excel in his efforts to serve his clients, helping them gain all the compensation they need to move forward confidently with their lives.

In his spare time, Russell is an avid guitar player and drummer. He also enjoys reading, traveling and playing sports.
