Lander Baiamonte


Lander Baiamonte focuses on personal injury cases involving automobile collisions, motorcycle accidents, trucking accidents, products liability, workplace injuries and premises liability. Before joining the firm in 2017, Lander was a law clerk for Judge Nelva Gonzales in the U.S. District Court in the Southern District of Texas, Corpus Christi Division, where she assisted Judge Ramos in preparation for oral arguments and in research and writing of published opinions.

While clerking, she had the opportunity to work on a wide variety of issues in both civil and criminal cases, including evidence suppression, jury instructions, pretrial motions, class certification, employer liability, and tort suits against government employees.
