Houston, TX (April 30, 2024) – At least one person was transported to an area hospital with injuries following a motor vehicle accident that occurred in the Houston area. The Houston Police Department and firefighters were called to the scene of the accident in the Park Place neighborhood at around 6:45 p.m. on April 29.
According to official reports, a motor vehicle accident occurred in the 7800 block of Gulf Freeway. The incident prompted the closure of the roadway, causing some disruptions throughout the area. Medics responded to the scene to assess the injured victims. An unknown number of people were transported to area hospitals for further medical care. At this time, the incident is under investigation.
