Houston, TX (February 25, 2025) – A devastating crash in Houston claimed the lives of two people early Sunday morning.
The fatal collision happened on February 23 at approximately 1:15 a.m. in the 4200 block of East Crosstimbers Street. According to the Houston Police Department, a white Ford EC1 van was heading eastbound when it crashed into the side of a black Chevrolet Tahoe, which was positioned horizontally across the roadway. The force of the impact caused the Chevrolet Tahoe to spin out while the Ford came to a stop in a nearby grassy ditch.
Sadly, the driver and a passenger inside the Tahoe sustained fatal injuries and were pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the Ford was transported to a local hospital, where they were listed in stable condition. No further details have been released as authorities continue to investigate the circumstances surrounding the crash.
