Houston, TX (August 22, 2024) – The Houston Police Department confirmed that one person died as a result of a fatal accident that occurred on Tuesday morning, August 20.
Police reports show that a motor vehicle accident involving two cars took place at around 9:10 a.m. Further investigations show that the Honda Civic was traveling eastbound in the 1100 block of Greens the Road. As the vehicle continued forward, it collided head-on with a red Dodge Challenger. The driver of the specific was fatally injured and pronounced deceased at the scene. A 32-year-old man involved in the accident was transported to an area hospital for emergency care. The incident is currently being invested.
