Houston, TX (June 19, 2024) – A pedestrian accident reported in the Golfcrest section of Houston ended in injuries. The Houston Police Department and firefighters were requested on-site at around 12:35 a.m. on June 18.

According to official reports, an accident involving a pedestrian occurred on Interstate 610 East. The incident prompted the closure of the roadway near Reveille Street. EMS responded to the crash site to care for the injured victim. The pedestrian was then transported to a local hospital for further care. At this time, the incident is being investigated.
