Alice, TX (March 29, 2024) – On March 23, emergency crews were requested at the scene of a motor vehicle accident that occurred in the evening hours and ended in injuries. At around 7:50 p.m., the Alice Police Department was informed that they were needed at the scene of a crash on North Park Street.
Reports show that a red 2008 Ford failed to yield the right-of-way while traveling in the 100 block of the roadway. As a result, the vehicle collided with a white 2021 Kia. Authorities arrived at the scene and secured the roadway. Two people in the Kia were injured. EMS rendered aid to a 27-year-old male and a 23-year-old female before transporting them to area hospitals. Investigations are underway.
