There is just so much a pedestrian can do to protect themselves from severe injuries in a collision. People are not designed to survive an automobile accident's full force. Texas has seen a sharp increase in the number of pedestrian fatalities in recent years, and the rate of pedestrian fatalities rose by about 30 percent between 2018 and 2022. In all, 5,766 pedestrian accidents were reported in the state that year, resulting in 830 fatalities and 1,526 injuries in total. After a pedestrian accident, it can be challenging to recover on your own. A skilled attorney can support you in pursuing a compelling compensation claim.
