Corpus Christi, TX (March 12, 2024) - On Friday, March 8, a woman was killed after a crash involving an alleged drunk driver in the Corpus Christi area. The deadly accident occurred at the corner of Anges Street and Baldwin Boulevard early that morning at around 2:30 a.m. Emergency crews were quickly dispatched to render aid at the scene.
Local sources indicated that one person was killed in the crash. The deceased victim was later identified as 33-year-old Evelynn Perez. She suffered fatal injuries and later succumbed to her injuries. Perez was the mother of two children, ages 14 and nine.
