William R. Edwards

William Edwards was admitted to the Texas and Virginia Bar in 1958. Since then he has also been admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court; U.S. Court of Appeals, Fifth Circuit; U.S. District Court, Southern District of Texas and U.S. District Court, Western District of Texas.

William has been listed in Best Lawyers in America® continuously since the publication was founded in 1983, is Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law.

Mr. Edwards' success as a trial lawyer has led to a personal commitment that extends far beyond the courtroom. He has earned state and national recognition for his tireless work with groups such as Texans Against Sexual Assault and Citizens for Reliable and Safe Highways.

William (Billy) Edwards III

Billy Edwards has more than 20 years experience as a trial lawyer and is board certified in civil appellate law. He was admitted to the Texas Bar in 1986 and has since been admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court; U.S. Court of Appeals, Fifth Circuit and U.S. District Court, Southern District of Texas.

Billy is listed in Best Lawyers in America®and is regularly invited to present and speak at training seminars for other lawyers.

Angelina Beltran

Angelina Beltran was admitted to the Texas Bar in 1984 and has been admitted to practice before U.S. District Court, Southern District of Texas. Angelina was the Chief Prosecutor for Corpus Christi, the Assistant County Attorney for Nueces County and the Assistant City Attorney for Corpus Christi before joining The Edwards Law Firm.

John Blaise Gsanger

John Blaise Gsanger was admitted to the Texas Bar in 1991 and has been admitted to practice before U.S. District Court, Southern and Eastern District of Texas and U.S. Court of Appeals, Fifth Circuit. John has served as the Editor-in-Chief for multiple law reviews and served as a Research Attorney for the Thirteenth Judicial District, Texas Court of Appeals. He is Board Certified in Civil Appellate Law and sits on the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.

Jo Emma Arechiga, R.N.

Jo Emma Arechiga was admitted to the Texas Bar in 1993. Jo Emma is a Board Certified Registered Nurse with a legal education from the University of Houston Law Center. She is a member of the Corpus Christi Bar Association and the State Bar of Texas.

Wendell P. "Chip" Martens, Jr.

Wendell Martens, Jr. was admitted to the Texas Bar in 1997 and has also been admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts, Northern, Eastern, Southern and Western Districts of Texas and the Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas.

Chip belongs to the Corpus Christi Bar Association, the Public Justice Foundation, the State Bar of Texas, the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, the American Association of Justice, the Attorneys Information Exchange Group and the Society of Automotive Engineers.
